This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we at Arena Staffing and affiliated companies (“Arena,” “we,” “us,” “our”, and/or “company”) may collect, use, and share information about you that we obtain from you or through www.arenastaffing.net and other websites and applications that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).

“Personal information” in this Policy includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a resident or a household. A.Information you provide to us:

For certain activities, such as when you apply for a job, register or inquire regarding staffing needs, or contact us, we may collect some or all of the following types of information:

  • Identifying information, such as your full name, signature, email address, phone number, or address;

  • Username and password;

  • Information about your contacts, including family members;

  • Recruitment and candidate information, such as education history, employment history, qualifications, skills and certifications, interview and assessment notes, citizenship and work authorization information, insurance information, motor vehicle records, compensation and payroll information (including, for placed applications, direct deposit information including bank account details);

  • Any other information you provide to us.

B.Information Supplied by Others:

We may receive personal information about you from third parties including career sites, or parties providing background and drug screening, identity verification, and work authorization information.

C.Information we collect through technology on the Sites:

We collect information through technology to enhance our ability to serve you. When you access and use the Sites, Arena collects information about how you interact with the Sites. We describe below a few of the methods we use to collect information through technology.   

When you visit the Sites, we collect your device identifier, browser information, and Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is often associated with the portal you used to enter the Internet, like your Internet service provider (ISP), company, or association. While an IP address may reveal your ISP or geographic area, we cannot determine your identity solely based upon your IP address. 

Do We Use Cookies?

Yes. A cookie is a small piece of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer as a tag that identifies your computer. While cookies are often only used to measure website usage (such as numbers of visitors and duration of visit) and effectiveness (such as topics visitors are most interested in) and to allow for ease of navigation or use and, as such, are not associated with any personal information, they are also used at times to personalize a known visitor’s experience of a website by being associated with profile information or user preferences.

For certain applicants, we may collect some or all of the following types of sensitive personal information:

  • Demographic information such as age, race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, citizenship, or marital status

  • Personal identification information such as social security number, passport information, driver’s license (or other state identification card) information

IV.HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Arena uses your personal information:

  • Provide staffing services to our workforce and clients.

  • Process employment applications for Arena or its clients.

  • Match candidates and clients with job opportunities and communicate with candidates and clients regarding relevant opportunities.

  • Send emails and other promotional communications including advertising, surveys, promotional and thought leadership material.

  • Manage, administer, and monitor our technology and website usage.

  • Other business purposes such as data analysis, developing new products and services or offerings.

  • Manage our employee workforce including any payments, benefits and compensation transactions

  • In ways that you would expect us to based on why we collected it.

  • To identify and authenticate you, such as to determine and validate whether you are an existing user of our services or products or a prospective client.

  • To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Sites and services, and for our own internal legal compliance purposes.

  • To protect the health and safety of our personnel, clients, guests, and the general public.

  • For other purposes explained at the time of collection, or for other business purposes consistent with the context of the collection of your information.

We may use information that does not identify you and could not reasonably be used to identify you (including information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified) for any purpose except as prohibited by applicable law.

DATA RETENTION

Information necessary to provide contracted services is maintained to comply with our legal obligations. Arena processes and stores your information based on our business needs, to the extent needed to complete purchases, maintain our customer and supplier relationships, and or provide you with the communications you requested, and to comply with legal obligations. 

V.HOW WE SHARE THAT INFORMATION:

We do not rent, lease, or sell your personal information.  The following are some of the ways we share your information:

We share information outside of Arena in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers and vendors that provide services to us, such as managing business operations, including but not limited to support for recruitment, interviewing, applicant tracking, resume management, infrastructure management, marketing, data analytics, website analytics and search engine optimization analysis, drug and background screening, and audits.    

We also share information with other entities in the following situations:

  • Where you have given us your consent to share or use information about you;

  • When we believe that we need to share information about you to provide a service that you have requested from us or from others;

  • Where we are required by law or other legal process to disclose information, and where required, in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements;

  • Where we believe that it is necessary to avoid liability or violations of the law;

  • To protect the rights, property, life, health, security and safety of us, the Sites or anyone else;

  • To an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with any actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of all or any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your information only for the purposes disclosed in this Policy;

  • At your request or direction, such as when you choose to share information with a social network about your activities on the Sites; or

The security and confidentiality of your personal information is important to us. We have reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure and improper use. We will make any legally required disclosure of any unauthorized access to your personal information.

  • Correct your personal information. You may have the right to correct your personal information, subject to verification.

  • Delete your personal information.  You may have the right to delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to children.
